Offerings for Individuals and Groups
Private Instruction and Yoga Therapy
We are unique individuals, and everyone has their own style of learning. Some people prefer more personalized attention and instruction. Jenny offers private sessions in the comfort of your home or designated place of practice.
Private sessions are an incredible way for individuals to dive deeper into their own practice - both physical and spiritual - as well as to address personal goals, life changes and/or special circumstances. Jenny specializes in various modalities (including physiyoga, meditation, sound therapy, yin and restorative practices) and personalizes programs for each client’s needs.
Her knowledge and background as certified Yoga Therapist (and Health Coach) supports clients with individualized assessment, intention and goal setting, lifestyle management and the yoga practice to promote overall health and well-being. Private one-on-one sessions are the heart and largest part of Jenny’s offerings and practice.
Private clients can request in-person or virtual sessions.
Sound Journey and Meditation
Each human and living entity is attuned to and has their own vibrational quality. Sound Journey & Meditation is an offering to recalibrate your frequency and attune yourself into a deep meditative state of being through being immersed in an ocean of sounds, instruments and vibrations. Specific frequencies can help promote relaxation and calm, stress reduction, increased self-awareness, overall wellbeing and a sense of ease and interconnectedness.
As lover of all styles of music and a pianist for 15 years, Jenny has engaged with music and sound modalities since a young child. She has been experimenting with sounds for decades and has also trained with specific teachers and guides to hone this craft. She currently guides immersive Sound Journeys and Meditations for individuals and groups in various environments, from studios to private clients’ homes to yoga retreats.
Music, sounds, melodies, vibration and instruments have always played a big role in Jenny’s own life and healing journey. Outside of healing modalities, she is a big music enthusiast who draws inspiration from the numerous profound experiences she has had in her own life with vibrational sound, music, singing bowls, instruments and singing.
Group Classes
Jenny leads group Open Level Vinyasa, Heated Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Meditation classes in public and private studios across Manhattan, Brooklyn and beyond. Classes are suitable for all skill levels and ages. Don’t be shy if you’re a first-timer! Every single one of us was a beginner at one point. Join in and experience the power of collective energy and breath as you move your way into a more conscious connection with your body, mind and spirit.

All public studios follow COVID-19 health and safety protocols in guidance with the CDC. Studio classes are hybrid in-person and live stream. Please note that private studios are not listed. Click below to view the current schedule for public group classes.
Workshops and Special Events
Some subjects just deserve a little more attention than the traditional 60 or 75 minute group class. Jenny offers single and series workshops on a variety of topics. Special requests may be made if your organization or studio is interested in something tailored to your communities.

Yoga Retreats
Immersion is powerful. Getting out of your daily habits, life and surroundings can be a profound (and fun!) way to support deeper connection with our practice + innate being and senses. Jenny leads retreats both solo and in collaboration with trusted teachers and colleagues. Retreats offer opportunities to luxuriate in longer and varied practices, be surrounded by like-minded community, nourish with whole meals, dive into local culture and spend leisure time with yourself (or your new friends). Each retreat is a different experience and the common thread is your dedication to you, your practice and wellbeing. Humans are made of all the same elements as nature and to experience variety of places and avenues of practices is another reminder of the co-existence and inter-connectedness of all that exists in this life.

Corporate Yoga, Meditation and Sound Journey
The corporate world has embraced and realized the power and positive benefits that Yoga, Meditation and Sound Journeys bring their employees and teams. As a former full-time corporate designer, Jenny understands the delicate balance of unpredictable daily responsibilities, back-to-back schedules and unforeseen stresses, as well as, the need for targeted self-care and space to foster productivity and creativity.
