One-on-One Yoga Mentorship
Yoga is an individual practice. In yoga history and traditional lineages, knowledge was shared mostly in one-on-one student/teacher relationships. There are many gaps with modern yoga education. Embarking on a one-on-one mentorship is a wonderful way to address the areas that need more attention than a 200Hr YTT or subject matters that most resonant with your teaching.
Mentorships offer personalized guidance, refinement of skills, deeper understanding of subject matter, build confidence and practical practice with an experienced teacher. The mentorship process is not rushed, giving time and space to intend, connect, integrate, practice and improve. Each mentorship is tailored to the individual based on the student’s goals and through intake and assessment.
After receiving many requests, Jenny is excited to now offer this path of learning to her communities. She adores sharing knowledge and elevating her fellow teachers, whether new and experienced.
